I’m a creative and operational executive skilled at developing, monetizing, and optimizing sophisticated brands while managing their operations and technologies. I help new brands launch as well as providing strategic advice to a number of multimillion dollar online organizations.

I studied psychology at Harvard, designing and conducting the kind of social psychology experiments the web has now made available to all organizations. I have over two decades’ worth of entrepreneurial and corporate experience and a history of online innovation that spans more than 15 years.

My background in experimental social psychology continues to inform my approach to leveraging user behavior to achieve online goals, and my corporate experience has taught me how to tackle the hurdles organizations face when attempting to create continuously optimizing environments informed by behavioral analytics (in other words, user psychology).
